What ACTUALLY Happened to the Titan Submarine?

Recently, the news was stormed with updates and information regarding the disappearance of a submarine named the Titan. This vessel was used to take 5 men down to see the Titanic's remains at the bottom of the ocean. However, it was later known that the vessel disappeared because it had imploded. That word has been thrown around quite a bit these last couple of days but what does it actually mean? Well, an implosion is very similar to an explosion. The only difference is that an explosion goes outwards, while an implosion goes inwards. That means that the Titan collapsed in on itself due to the pressure of the water. In fact, the pressure was so massive deep in the ocean that it was like 10,000 tons had hit them in an instant. The entire vessel was demolished in about 30 milliseconds, meaning that none of the passengers would have known anything at all.

Here is a video that shows a simulation of what had likely occurred: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz9fw5lrLBo&ab_channel=DiarioAS
