Across numerous sources, one city continuously takes the place of the best in the world, a city that many would be surprised to see in the number one spot. It isn’t Rome or Paris, arguably some of the prettiest cities on the planet. It isn’t Copenhagen, which has been voted as both one of the cleanest and safest cities in the world. The answer is actually London, England. Despite being one of the most popular and well-known cities in the world, many would expect the best city to be a place with better weather or a lower cost of living. So, That begs the question, why is it the best city in the world? Well, the culture there is not one to disregard completely. Restaurant and bar culture in London is lively and is a big reason why the city’s nightlife is so massive. History and art in London are another one of its specialties, as museums and galleries are both plentiful and free. The architecture is also very unique as a lot of the buildings have ornate and recognizable detailing. Additionally, London has been a great place for investments in real estate and tech, attracting the rich to the city. It may not be the expected result but overall, London is a pretty nice city.
